Ken is the head artist at Hermosa Ink Collective, bringing over 30 years of tattooing experience and a strong foundation in traditional fine art. Originally from Japan, his work is influenced by Irezumi, with a focus on flow, balance, and how each design fits the body.
Based in Hermosa Beach and serving the South Bay and Los Angeles area, Ken is a well-rounded tattoo artist capable of most tattoo styles. He specializes in Japanese tattooing and black and grey realism. His approach is adaptable and he enjoys taking on a wide range of custom projects and takes pride in maintaining strong composition and clean execution in each design.
